Ella Brown, MSW, LCSW-S
An independently licensed psychotherapist and board-approved social work and counseling Supervisor, Ella has 10 years of experience working in the field to improve the system of mental health care for clients, clinicians and interns alike.
Ella has devoted years in Equity Work in Mental Health, supporting diverse client populations in accessing care, raising issues that contribute to the marginalization of youth and advocating for clients from diverse backgrounds within the legal system and community based mental health care. Ella is committed to working within the LGBTQ+ community and has a passion for working with trans adolescents and young adults.
Ella is rostered in CPP (Child-Parent Psychotherapy,) and incorporates a range of treatment modalities in her client-centered practice, including elements of Polyvagal, Psychodynamic, Existential, Attachment, Behavioral, Cognitive, Exposure, and Narrative Therapy.
Committed to an excellent and vibrant education of social work students, Ella has supervised internships for Social Work, Counseling and Art Therapy students from NMHU, USC, USNH, and Southwestern College.
